When you think mermaid you're likely to be reminded of The Little Mermaid and memorable commercial mermaids like this one:[link] but chances are aside from some fanart you have yet to see the nautical bounty of mermaid art deviants have to offer!

A mermaid is a mythological aquatic creature that is half human, half aquatic creature (e.g. a fish or dolphin). Various cultures throughout the world have similar figures.
