You may or may not know that my mertender is a bit shy. He’s always helping out behind the scenes, but isn’t big on being the centre of attention. This Christmas was tight for us money wise and we were unable to get each other gifts, so his gift to me was stepping out of his comfort zone and posing for photos! We were so lucky to team up with the very talented Mike McCarthy (see his website here: [link] ) and we took a very famous image of Hannah Mermaid and tried to do our own spin on it using it for inspiration! (You can see the image that inspired the set of photos here: [link] ) This is just ONE of several awesome photos I’ll be sharing over the next little while. Big thanks to Mike for all his hard work, and my mertender for stepping into the spotlight :)

aww, thats lovely! me and my mertender did something similar for our anniversary (he helped me clean the loungeroom ha ha!)

this is a great twist on the Hannah Fraser photo :) i much prefer yours.
